upwork aap downloading failed!

 Hi, I've got a problem downloading the Upwork app on my laptop window 7. it says that update your IDM, and when I tried to update IDM it says it's the latest version. I'm unable to download the Upwork app on my laptop how can I resolve this? please help me out with this!

Just to confirm, when you're clicking the download button for the Desktop app you receive the error to update your IDM, or you're seeing a different error on your end? Did you try to download the Desktop app from here? Thank you.

Hi, thanks for responding! Yes I was downloading the aap from the same site and yes it says update idm, every time.
