upwork account suspended becuase of having multiple account.

Hi there,

Five days ago I received this email from upwork support.

I saw the email yesterday because I was away from work because of the flu. But the ticket was closed yesterday and I didn't get any chance to reply to them. I tried to contact through email but did not get any response. I request you to help me with this issue.
