upwork payment to payoneer

I tranfer my payment upwork to payoneer account three days ago but did not receive the amount yet. I also contact the upwork support team but they did not response yet. Please let me know how I solve this issue.

Hi Asia,

For the first payment from marketplace you have to verify your payoneer id with required documents. Contact with payoneer support team about to fix the issue. And if you want to reverse you payment to Upwork you can contact with the support team over mail. Thnaks!
