upwork readiness test completed but no rising talent badge

Hi, I completed the upwork readiness test but I still haven't received the badge. Also every time I log in to upwork I still get the notification about completing the test when I already completed it.

Completing the readiness test is not the only requirement for becoming a Rising Talent.

I know that, I had a popup window saying if I completed the test I will be a rising talent.
I have fulfilled  all conditions to be a rising talent .

Awarding the Rising Talent badge it can take up to 48 hours. 
If the badge is not awarded to you after this time let us know and one of our team members will assist you further.

Hi Ismail,

The Rising Talent status is assigned automatically when a freelancer meets the requirements listed here. This process is working as designed and we can't specify a reason why a freelancer isn't eligible for receiving the Rising Talent badge. Once you qualify, you should receive a notification letting you know.

Please know that passing the Readiness Test doesn't automatically earn you a Rising Talent badge. This is one of the requirements that you must accomplish, but to earn the badge, you must meet the criteria listed here.

I have completed my Upwork readiness test but it is still showing on my drop-down menu. However, I have passed the test twice. My profile is 100% complete with a 100% Job Sucess rate but only because of this readiness test issue, I am unable to achieve the Rising Talent Badge. Kindly help.

Hi Aasma,

I checked and it looks like you already have a JSS. Please know that you cannot have both JSS and the Rising Talent badge. Once you earn a Job Success Score, you can start working toward Top Rated status.

I want to clarify that passing the Upwork Readiness Test or completing your profile to 100% doesn't automatically earn you the Rising Talent Badge. The Rising Talent status is assigned automatically when a freelancer meets the requirements listed here. Our team can't specify why a freelancer is or isn't eligible for receiving the Rising Talent badge. Also, note that not all freelancers will be part of the program. Some will skip it altogether and proceed to get a Job Success Score. You may find more information about it through the link I shared above.

If you qualify, you should receive an invitation to the program through an email or a notification on your account.
