I can't  get upwork support to get back to me not sure why?

Hi Craig! 

Did you use Upwork's "Get Support Chat" feature to request assistance?

If yes, I would try again, as sometimes your request may have gotton lost among the other requests from freelancers, as this happened to me a couple of times.

Why do you need Upwork Support to get back with you?
