Richard, there have been occasional reports that people managed to use the in-built call facility in the messenger, I have never managed to make it work even once, and neither have many others, so I no longer even try, because 3 minutes of frantic "Hello? Hello? Can you hear me?" is no way to start a working relationship... 😉
