urls description in chat

When we adding URLs in the description, system check link and add from HTML the website description, sometimes it is on a half-page, some websites have 3000 words explanation. And ok, you add an option to remove it with  X, but in live chat when we add a lot of links, client or freelancer will see first this description and make a mess in chat, we need fast remove all description with X. What is the point of adding a description in messages?  If this for security reason, you can connect on some service for checking virus or other, description making mess and deception in chat

Hi Aleksandar,

You can always remove all link previews in messages. To do so, please go to your Messages and click the settings button in top right corner as shown in this screenshot. In the dropdown, select 'Messages Settings' and update the 'When a link is shared in a message' section to stop displaying link previews. Let us know if you need further assistance.

Hi Aleksandar,

The settings for turning off link previews is only for the account that changes the setting. You can advise your clients to use this option and hide all links previews.
