user id change

Hi there! I'm unable to change my user ID and am wondering if I need to close my account and make a new one to do so? Will I be able to use the same email when I make a new account? I'm employed by an agency on upwork. I did not make the agency page- someone else is attached to that, I'm just under it.

User IDs can't be changed. But nobody other than you sees them, so it's no problem.

You are not allowed to do that, it is strictly forbidden. Nobody sees the user ID so there is no reason for you to want to change it.

Your profile is not associated with any agency on Upwork? What do you mean you're "just under it?" Under what? You are the person described in that profile and shown on that profile photo, right?
