using temporary email address as my account was set to inactive. pls help!

Can anyone please help? I have had my account set to inactive (not sure why) now I had to enter community hub with temporary email to be able to contact support. Can someone please help to resolve my issue so I can log in again with my work email? This is not the best UX I have to say 😞
