verify my Identity

I am trying to verify my Identity but your system will not recognise my date of birth. I select this date but it automatically changes to another date.I am unable to proceed to verify my identity.Regards,Martin

Could you try clearing your cache and cookies or logging in via another browser to complete your verification? Thank you.
