what "set up a consultation" mean?

Hello everyone,

I'm new at Upwork and trying to find my first job. Today Rizing Talend badge appeared and along with that I saw a new section to set up a consultation in a day/time/rate of my choice. Does anyone can explain to me, if I set up one, what am I suppose to say with the client at that time? Thanks a lot

Some kind of interview where you will be paid for this. For example client may ask you what design you think is good for his site. Then will hire you if you proposed some great idea.

Many clients don't have the technical background to know what they really want, so, they need to talk with an expert on the subject to ground their ideas in real technical solutions.

In a consultation, there is no project, but a clarification of the technical horizon, vision of the project, or limitations.

I am not sure, this is what I think.
