when the week starts to count? ( hourly contract )

Hi, i'm a Freelancer and my name is Manuel Bindi, a client hired me thursday and i must do 15 hours per week.
My question is the sequent: do i must make all the 15 hours of weekly work in these 2 days, before the 12th, ( sunday is excluded from the work diary ) or the hours are counted from thrusday to thursday? Thanks.
