Actually i need to know which contact address i should mention in my profile information on my upwork profile. can i mention my office address or the address mentioned on my Identity ID ?

It seems that you mean whether you should enter your private or your office address for your Upwork account in Profile-Settings? You use the address that corresponds to where you live and what is on your ID documents.
