I wanted to check if you have already set your Freelancer Membership Plan? If not, you may go to your Settings > Membership & Connects and choose the membership plan that fits your freelancer needs. You may read more about the Freelancer Membership Plans in this help article for more information.
I checked your account and can see that you are an exclusive member of your agency. As such, you will not be able to manipulate your freelancer membership plan. This task will fall to the Agency Owner, or Agency Business Manager.
