why Time tracker desktop app is not saving time?

it's saying "Connection lost" even i have restarted my interet connection and also have restarted my PC but still getting same problem. It's capturing time but not saving into app from last two hours.

Could you please try changing your internet connection/ISP and check if you`re still experiencing the same problem? Thank you.
