why i am not able to get Rising Talent Badge

Hi, I have completed my all requirements for Rising Talent Badge, But still, didn't get my badge. What can be the reason possibly?

I joined Upwork 2 months ago, I also purchased a monthly plus membership and connects. But, I'm not getting a response from any client.

Moreover, can anyone tell me why I have not got the Rising Talent Badge till now? I have passed the Upwork Readiness Test 2 time but still, I have not got the Rising Talent Badge. Please Help
