why i am unable to change my plan. Free plan to Membership plan

Hello,

I want to change my Basic plan to Membership plan. For this I connected my debit card ...but not working ....check screenshots...but when i purchase 80 connects directly it work successfully...
why I am unable to change my plan....My bank said, not issue to our side....
what happen please investigate it and solve my issue.
