why i could not win my first Job on upwork

i have submitted lots of projects but no eply from clients, invitation. how can i get my first jon on upwork. any one upwork guru/expert can feed back on my profile. and suggest what i do??

Hi. take a high quality modern friendly photo for your portfolio. I know this sounds crazy but try to bet $ 15(This is related to the minimum wage in other countries).  In general, the photo and the rate helped me a lot when I changed them. I submitted a lot of applications, but only for those works that I could really do
