why i don't get job application quota

my profile is 95% completed , and the first time i get a 10 job quota .... when i pass some skill test then it's say you have 0 application quota ???? what's the wrong with that , ?? and my profile image is good clean and sharp ... i have check all the thing , but i don't get what is the problem

I had 15 application quotas. After applying 1, quota shows ZERO and it continues...

Hi, you resolved my issue a few days ago but my job quota is again set to 0 today it was restored when i changed my profile image, but today, it is again set to 0 without any reason, please check

Hi, I just pass a 2 test.I pass odesk readiness test and office skill test but still i dont have a job quota.I cant still able to apply.

I am still on 0 job quota despite having passed one test and also completing the english test.

First of all, Fred...
ODesk customer service is not actively monitoring your profile page and checking it every few minutes to see if you have made changes. You need to make the chinges and then YOU need to contact customer service to ask them to review your page.

Second, you look like you are trying to do the bare minimum or even less than the minimum in order to get your page qualified. This makes it hard for customer service to approve your profile page.

You really need to study the pages of other contractors who are successful in your field.

I could make a checklist of twenty ways your page underwhelms me and makes me want to NOT hire you.

For now... Why is your photo not cropped tightly around your head, when that is exactly what oDesk asks?
Why are you leaning back with your eyes closed like you are about to take a nap?
You are selling yourself as a financial accountant. Look like one!

You should be wearing a dress shirt and tie. Period.

That is just to start. There are lots of other problems. Put some effort into it.

I've been abscent from oDesk for about a month when my quota was 25 and then I've found now that it is 0 even when I retake the test!

 

Please try to solve that now because it object me from applying on certain job!

I already updated my Profile. I took the exams needed to start working in Odesk  but my Job Application Quota is still 0. What's the problem? Hope you can resolve my issue as soon as possible. Thanks.
