why my Upwork Connect Point keep Dropping down ?

Recently a client was sending me a message to ask about the job, but this day I have not got any response from his side, but my connection point keeps dropping down day by day. Need to understand why, hopefully, someone could help to answer my question, thanks you.

I hope you are doing hard to win jobs. As I see you have put an *Available now* badge to your profile which is using your connects. You can see this on your profile page on top and you can remove that by editing. Let me know if you have any more questions. Thanks

But before even if on activate it, it doesn't consume the connection point, so if I turn it off it will stop consuming it but I won't be available to see by clients ?

If profiles were only visible to clients when they have available now turned on, you would hear an outcry on the forum like never before. It would mean paying for just to be seen. 

Don't give upwork new monetization ideas. 

Your profile is visible without having it on too.
