why my friend profile got suspended, how can he prove it's him?

my friend account got suspeneded permanently

his account is suspended 2 days ago and upwork support ask for the ID verification process and he resubmit his passport, PAN and ADHAR card but they were not convinced and suspended his account permanently.
Now please tell us how can he prove his ownership.

You guys can check his degree in computer science, his knowledge about programming, he can do video chat if you want.

It might be just another account for you guys for him it means alot.

So please give a proper reason for his account suspension because identity related issue is just absurd since he is here to prove it.
