Hi,
There is an ended hourly contract in which my client and I worked cheek by jowl, so there is no problem with the number of hours, but with the final price. It turned out over the budget.
If I agree to refund some money, will my statistics be impacted negatively? Will the number of hours reduced? JSS? anything I should know before making the decision?
Thanks

It will not affect yourJSS at all if you refund some money, as long as the contract still led to earnings and the client leaves good feedback (especially private.)
It won't affect your hours either, you are refunding money, not hours, as such.
