hi,
I just had a new contract and was working on it for about an hour and 15 minutes. But when I offline my time tracker, it does not register and it only show that I have 00 hour. And I try to turn on for about 4-8 minutes and turn off. Still no working hour register.
Can anyone explain or enlighten me on this. I already checked the contract and payment method is verified.
And there is no screenshot taken while am working.

Please follow our troubleshooting steps in this Guide under the section "Time Tracker is Offline/Missing Hours".
