I just had a new contract and was working on it for about an hour and 15 minutes. But when I offline my time tracker, it does not register and it only show that I have 00 hour. And I try to turn on for about 4-8 minutes and turn off. Still no working hour register.
Can anyone explain or enlighten me on this. I already checked the contract and payment method is verified.
And there is no screenshot taken while am working.
