As Preston pointed out, almost nobody does actual pay stubs anymore. Not in the era of electronic transfers, direct deposit, etc. Plus UW isn't your employer, so there would be no pay stubs to be had.
Closest you're going to get would be the Certificate of Earnings, which you can view/save by clicking "Reports" then "Certificate of Earnings." That will generate a PDF showing the amount you made in the previous 12 months, previous 6 months, previous quarter, and previous month.
