working hours reduced

Hi,

I have recently worked on an hourly contract my hours was updating on a live basis every hour and I could see that reflecting on my profile every hour the contract is successfully ended but there is something weird that happened, I was checking my profile now and all of that new hours are now gone I know that hours are added when payment billed at the next Monday but they were already updating while I was working, I am just want to know if this is an issue or something else!

Thanks,

Hi Eslam,

I would like to clarify that your profile stats like hours worked are updated only when your clients are billed.
When you're working on hourly contracts your clients are billed every Monday for the hours you have worked in the previous week. Once this is done, your profile will be updated as well. Thank you.

Thanks, Goran

but I was just wondering why it was updating and the total hours increased on my profile while working?

Hi Eslam,

At the moment I'm not sure. By design, your hours should be updated once your clients are billed.
However, I will escalate this further to our engineering team to make sure that everything is working as designed.
If additional information is needed, our team will reach out to you directly. If you experience any problems on your end, feel free to follow up here at any time as well. Thank you.
