Many freelancers--even Expert-Vetted, Top-Rated Plus and Top-Rated freelancers--are experiencing the same declines in invitations, proposals views, and profile views. The issue is not likely related to the information in your profile. Rather, competition and changes across the platform are the most likely reasons you are seeing fewer or no invites.
I looked through your profile and it looks good. Your summary, portfolio, skills, project catalog, certifcations, and employment history are sound, and provide enough information for clients to understand your skills and how you can help them.
You may want to add one or two Specialized Profiles that focus on specific services or completely unrelated services. Having a specialized profile can help increase a freelancer's searchability.
