Title: I recommend adding one or more skill areas to your title. Not only will clients better understand any specialities you have, a skill area in your title will help match your profile with relevant jobs. Also, capitalize the first letter of each word in your title; this will help it stand out. For example: 3D Artist or 3D Artist | Autodesk 3ds Max | Pixologic Zbrush | Blender or something similar.
Overview/Summary: Your summary makes a common mistake I see in hundreds of profiles. You are focusing on yourself when you should be focusing on clients. Clients come to Upwork with specific needs and they look for freelancers who can meet those needs and get results. To make your summary more appealing to clients, you must focus on delivering services that will benefit them. For example, here are things clients often look for:
- Give examples of your design deliverables (e.g., "I create game art, animations, visual effects (VFx), character designs, props, environments, and special effects.")
- Tell clients how you communicate and gather feedback to ensure the final design meets their needs.
- Which software applications and tools do you use? You list several in your skills section, but clients may not review that section.
- Do you provide unlimited revisions? Do you offer follow-up support after a design is delivered?
- Since a design is a project, mention your time management and organizational skills.
- Highlight any 3D modeling projects you have worked on and your accomplishments.
- Talk about your ability to meet business challenges and adapt to changing or new requirements if necessary.
Also, remove the first sentence from your summary: "My name is Erwan ADONAI and I am 24 years old." Why? a) clients do not care about your name or age. As long as you have the skills to get the job done, they will be happy; b) it wastes valuable space. When clients search for freelancers, only the first 200-225 characters of your summary are shown. This means you have very little space (approximately two short sentences) to get their attention. You want clients to see their goals (your services and results) in this small space.
Employment History: Add more details to your job descriptions. A job description is especially important when the job is highly relevant to the services you provide on Upwork, and both jobs are highly related to your 3D design services. Upwork uses keywords in job titles and descriptions to match you with relevant jobs.
Your portfolio and skills list look good.
The biggest improvement should be your summary. After you add more details about your services, clients will better understand how you can meet their needs and why they should hire you.
