Mohamed,
You wrote two, maybe three sentences about yourself and they ae very rudimentary. They say you have experience -- that's about it.
You have to write about past work experience and schooling. Don't you think that will help people believe you are good at what you do?
Then you posted a rate of $5 per hour. This is not the rate you will get on jobs -- that rate is negotiated with every job. But posting a rate of $5 per hour tells people that you are not very confident. It tells people you are a beginner. It tells people that you have limited understanding of the graphic and animation marketplace.
If you post a rate of $5 per hour, cheap clientss who pay out of their own pocket will track you down. These are not good clients to have. Some will just cheat you. If you don't bend over backwards at every turn, they give you very poor reviews.
You want to attract better clients and you want to do a job with a healthy, appropriate paycheck. So, raise your rate.
Check other animator rates and choose one that is right in the middle, but a little higher.
Good luck.
