How do I win more Jobs at an intermediate level

Can someone please review my Profile and let me know what is basically lacking? I have 75% sucess score but somehow landing high pay projects just seems off the limits for me. How do I land more clients and also get more invites related to my specialized genre? I'd really appreciate it if someone can help me out on this?

Arij,

There are no straightforward answers for getting more clients and receiving invites related to your niche. Competition is extremely high among writers, so getting attention from clients can be a challenge. Even many Expert-Vetted, Top-Rated Plus, and Top-Rated writers are finding it difficult to win jobs, and their invitations have declined significantly over the past year.

I looked through your profile and here are a few things I would change:

1) I recommend removing this from the first part of your overview/summary:

Hello there! I'm Areej Azam from Pakistan. Welcome to my freelancing profile!

Why? Because only the first two sentences of your summary are shown to clients when they search for freelancers. This means you have very little space (approximately 200-250 characters) to get their attention. You want clients to see their goals (your services and your success) in this small space. You don't want to waste space with greetings, names, locations, or any unnecessary words.

This strategy also applies to your proposal cover letters. When you send a proposal, clients will only see the first two sentences. Make sure those two sentences use words that convince clients to click and view your proposal and hopefully, hire you.

2) In your title, remove the space in "YouTube:" You Tube ---> YouTube

3) Add short job descriptions to each job in your employment history. A job description is especially important when the job is highly relevant to the services you provide on Upwork. Upwork uses keywords in job titles and descriptions to match you with relevant jobs.

4) You should also consider adding a project catalog. The project catalog allows you to setup a pre-packaged service that clients can buy without you sending a proposal. Due to higher than usual requests for project catalogs, reviews and approvals are taking a minimum of 10 business days. Read Get Started With Project Catalog for more information.

Good luck!
