I have a few suggestions that could improve your profile:
1) You can improve the first part of your profile overview/summary by removing a few things:
"Welcome to My Profile!"
"Hi there! I'm Muhammad Asfand Shah"
Why remove these? Because both waste valuable space. When clients search for freelancers, only the first 200-225 characters of your summary are shown. This means you have very little space (approximately two short sentences) to get their attention. You want clients to see their goals (your services and results) in this small space--not greetings or names.
2) The information under "What I Offer Clients:" is what clients want to know more than anything. You should consider moving this information to the top of your summary. Or, you could change "Key Skills and Expertise:" to "How I Can Help You:" where the approach would be:
"Product Development: I can help bring your innovative products to market, leveraging market research and consumer insights to inform product strategies."
3) Add a portfolio to show samples of previous work or to demonstrate your skills. The portfolio is a chance to make a positive first impression on potential clients. If you don’t have relevant examples to add to your portfolio, you can create items that demonstrate your skills.
4) Add short job descriptions to each job in your employment history. A job description is especially important when the job is highly relevant to the services you provide on Upwork. Upwork uses keywords in job titles and descriptions to match you with relevant jobs.
5) You may want to add one or two Specialized Profiles that focus on specific services or completely unrelated services. Having a specialized profile can help increase a freelancer's searchability.
Also, Upwork has built-in AI tools that can help with your proposal cover letters. You should see it above the proposal form. Start writing a few words in the proposal form and look for the link at the top. You can click the link and it will offer advice on how to improve your proposal.
