You don't provide the type of information that helps people believe you. You should write a bit about your past experiences and where you learned your craft.
You should also delete the first two sentences, "My name is Rita' and "Welcome to my profile." These salutations make it harder for clients to get to the information they really want, which is "I am a web developer ..." It is generally advised that saying "Welcome" or "Hello," just gets in your way.
Clients don't mind if you jump right inj and say, "I am an expert ______________, who can ________________." In fact, they prefer that.
