I hope you all are doing great. I have a small request to review my profile, it's stuck and I don't get any invites. One of the major issues is that I was long gone(1 year) from work and now I am back. Your experience and advice can help me into the game again.

I suggest rewriting your profile to make yourself sound more like a content writer than a technical writer. There's more work available for content writers.

Or you could expand your profile to include both technical and content writing. That's another possibility.

Sure.

Look around Upwork for content writer profiles. See what they have to say. Look at their rate. Look at their reviews and see if their ideas are working for them. 

Try to find content writers with lots of success -- solid earnings, solid reviews. See what they say about themselves. 

Try to learn from them. That's where you should start.
