Hi Sebastian,
There are several things you can do to improve your profile:
Title: Capitalize the first letter of each word in your title; this will help it stand out. Also, keep spacing proportionate between words to ensure clients can read it clearly: Expert Customer Service | Virtual Assistant | Technical Support
Overview/Summary: I highly recommend writing your summary in English; you will get much more attention. Also, you should remove unnecessary words from the beginning of your summary:
":glowing_star: Hello and welcome! I'm Sebastian, your trusted virtual assistant ready to help you grow your business and simplify your life."
When clients search for freelancers, only the first 200-250 characters of your summary are shown. This means you have very little space (approximately two short sentences) to get their attention. You want this small space to include important words (i.e., your services, your successes, your experience). Do not waste space with emojis, greetings, names, or any unnecessary words.
Portfolio: Add a portfolio to show samples of previous work or to demonstrate your skills. The portfolio is a chance to make a positive first impression on potential clients. If you don’t have relevant examples to add to your portfolio, you can create items that demonstrate your skills.
You may want to add one or two Specialized Profiles that focus on more specific services or completely unrelated services. Having a specialized profile can help increase a freelancer's searchability.
Good luck!
