Hi Adil,
Here are some ideas to improve your profile:
1) Remove this from the beginning of your overview/summary: ":glowing_star: Hi there! I'm Adil"
The reason is because when clients search for freelancers, only the first 200-225 characters of your summary are shown. This means you have very little space (approximately two short sentences) to get their attention. You want clients to see their goals (your services and results) in this small space. You do not want to waste any space with emojis, names or any unnecessary words.
2) I recommend adding a few document to your portfolio to show demonstrate your Microsoft and/or PDF skills. The portfolio is a chance to make a positive first impression, and clients like visuals. If you don’t have relevant examples to add to your portfolio, you can create items that demonstrate your skills.
3) Also keep in mind that clients come to Upwork with specific needs and they look for freelancers who can meet those needs and get results. You may want to add one or two Specialized Profiles that focus on specific services or completely unrelated services. For example, your main profile can focus on Microsoft Office services while a specialized profile can focus on graphic design. Having a specialized profile can help increase a freelancer's searchability.
Your skills list and certifications look good.
Good luck!
