I see good information in your profile. I have a few suggestions to help optimize it:
Title: I think your title is redundant and should only mention "logo" once. Shorter, specific titles often get more attention and I think your title should be: Graphic Design & Logo Design or Graphic Designer | Logo Design
Overview/Summary: Remove the ALL CAPS from your first sentence. Your sentence should be: "I am an expert logo designer who can help you establish..." Also, I recommend removing: "Hi, My name is Muhammad Amir."
When clients search for freelancers, only the first 200-225 characters of your summary are shown. This means you have very little space (approximately two short sentences) to get their attention. You want clients to see their goals (your services and results) in this small space--not greetings and names.
Employment History: Add short job descriptions to each job in your employment history. A job description is especially important when the job is highly relevant to the services you provide on Upwork. Upwork uses keywords in job titles and descriptions to match you with relevant jobs.
Also, since you are not employed by Upwork nor Fiverr, you should probably add "Freelancer" to your job title. For example, "Graphic Designer (Freelancer) | Upwork."
Your portfolio, skills and certifications look good.
You may want to add one or two Specialized Profiles that focus on specific services or completely unrelated services. Having a specialized profile can help increase a freelancer's searchability.
