Hi Sugiharto,

Your profile overview/summary starts nicely, but it needs to go further to convince clients to hire you. You do a good job in telling clients that you can develop and implement strategic initiatives to mitigate financial risk, optimize fraud detection, and leverage technology capabilities, and how it will benefit them (minimize business losses) and clients need to hear more of this. For example, you can help clients better understand your value by providing details like:

  • Tell clients how you communicate and gather feedback project to ensure they are satisfied and the final deliverables meet their needs.
  • Mention that you stay informed of the latest developments, trends, and emerging technologies in fraud management, financial crimes, and risk assessment.
  • Talk about how you can uphold ethical standards, protect proprietary data/information, and use responsible practices for fraud management.
  • Highlight any similar projects you have worked on and your accomplishments. (e.g., "I have helped 30 different corporations succesfully minimize business losses by using a proven strategy to mitigate the risks associated with [tax evasion, market manipulation, etc.]")
  • Talk about your ability to meet business challenges and adapt to changing or new requirements if necessary.

Here are my suggestions for other areas of your profile:

1) Use an even number hourly rate that ends in .00. Round numbers are usually perceived as clearer and easily understandable by consumers/clients. I believe either $47.00/hr or $48.00/hr will be more appealing to clients, and recognized as more trustworthy or fair.

2) Add a portfolio to show samples of previous work or to demonstrate your skills. The portfolio is a chance to make a positive first impression on potential clients. If you don’t have relevant examples to add to your portfolio, you can create items that demonstrate your skills.

Your skills and employment history look great.

Good luck!
