Md. Habibur Rahman,
There could be a dozen reasons why a freelancer is not winning new jobs. I recommend posting this in the Freelancers' forum and searching for and reviewing similar posts.
Overall, your profile looks good, but here are a few things I would change:
1) The information under "Why Choose Me?" is important to clients, so I would move it up in your overview/summary.
2) You are missing important skill categories in your skills list. Skill categories in your title and summary should match those in your skills list. For example, you should add Penetration Testing, Ethical Hacking, Nessus and other skill categories related to your work. Right now, your skills list includes several categories unrelated to your work. Remove Data Entry, Lead Generation, QuickBooks Online, and all unrelated categories. Upwork uses these skill categories to match you with relevant jobs, and to help your profile appear in search results when clients search for those skills.
3) You should also consider adding a project catalog. The project catalog allows you to setup a pre-packaged service that clients can buy without you sending a proposal. Due to higher than usual requests for project catalogs, reviews and approvals are taking 10 to 30 days to complete. Read Get Started With Project Catalog for more information.
