Hi Tejas,
I looked through your profile and I see good information. Here are a few things you can do to improve your profile:
Title: Remove the comma at the end of your title.
Overview/Summary: Remove the following from the beginning of your summary:
"Hello and welcome to my Upwork profile! My name is Tejas"
Why? Because when clients search for freelancers, only the first 200-225 characters of your summary are shown. This means you have very little space (approximately two short sentences) to get their attention. You want clients to see their goals (your services and results) in this small space. You do not want to waste this space with greetings and names.
Portfolio: Add a portfolio to show samples of previous work or to demonstrate your skills. The portfolio is a chance to make a positive first impression on potential clients. If you don’t have relevant examples to add to your portfolio, you can create items that demonstrate your skills.
Skills: It is important to keep your skills list updated with relevant skills categories so that Upwork can match you with relevant jobs, and so your profile will appear when clients search for your skills. Be sure to add Web Development since it is highly relevant to your work.
Employment History: Add short job descriptions to each job in your employment history. A job description is especially important when the job is highly relevant to the services you provide on Upwork. Upwork uses keywords in job titles and descriptions to match you with relevant jobs.
You may want to add one or two Specialized Profiles that focus on specific services or completely unrelated services. Having a specialized profile can help increase a freelancer's searchability.
Good luck!
