Your write-up  is fair to pretty good, but your opening needs help and your focus is a bit myopic.

You should start by establishing your expertise, which you try to do, but you fail to get right into the service you are offering.

I suggest stating with, "I am an expert ________________ with 10 plus  years of experience, who can ______________________." In that second blank space, put in the service you are offering and what benefits the client will gain.

Another way to explain this: You wrote about 200 words or so, which is probably too short to be convincing. But in those 200 words, you only wrote about yourself. You didn't write any sentence that talked about the client. You have to switch at some point from "I can do this, ..." to "Your network will run smoother" and "your data systems will work better."

In other words, stop writing "I" statements and start writing "you" statements. You have to include your clients in your write-up. If you only write "I" statements, people will think you only care about yourself.
