Hi Salman,
I see a few things in your profile that can be optimized:
Title: I would remove the commas and use the pipe symbol (vertical bar) for a cleaner look: Expert Product Manager | Certified Product Owner | Agile Project Manager
Overview/Summary: I always advise freelancers to avoid lists at the start of a summary. Your list contains good information, but it should be written in sentences (without emojis) using a conversational tone--just like your first paragraph beneath the list.
When clients search for freelancers, only the first 200-225 characters of your summary are shown. This means you have very little space (approximately two short sentences) to get their attention. You want clients to see their goals (your services and results) in this small space--no emojis and short phrases.
Also, the long list of keywords at the end of your summary are unnecessary. This list will not help with SEO or boost your profile rank in Upwork search results.
Your portfolio, skills, project catalog, certifications, and employment history look great.
Good luck!
