Hello Akeneta,

I'm not a virtual assistant, but I think your profile looks good. Your overview/summary does a good job of telling clients which services you provide, your strengths, and how you can help them. The other sections of your profile look good too, so I only have a few small suggestions:

1) I recommend removing the word "experienced" from your title. Experience--including the word itself--should be reserved for the overview/summary.

2) Speaking of experience, I suggest adding a number to showcase your experience providing administrative support and customer service. For example:

"I am a dedicated and detail-oriented Virtual Administrative Assistant with 10 years of experience and a strong background in the recruitment industry."

3) If possible, you might want to replace one of your 15 skill categories with Virtual Assistance. Clients often search by skill category and Virtual Assistance is highly relevant to your services; especially since you use it in your title and summary. For example, I think Virtual Assistance is a more important skill category than Microsoft Teams. Upwork uses these skill categories to match you with relevant jobs, and to help your profile appear in search results when clients search for those skills.

4) You should also consider adding a project catalog. The project catalog allows you to setup a pre-packaged service that clients can buy without you sending a proposal. Due to higher than usual requests for project catalogs, reviews and approvals are taking a minimum of 10 business days. Read Get Started With Project Catalog for more information.

Everything else looks good.

Good luck!
