Hi Aashan,

Overall, I think your profile looks good, but there are one or two changes I would make:

1) Profile titles, along with the profile itself, make more sense to clients when they are focused on a specific skill area or related skill areas. Website development and graphic design are somewhat related to digital marketing, but virtual assistance is not related to any of them.

I recommend focusing your main profile on digital marketing and creating a specialized profile for any virtual assistance services. This also means removing "VA" from your title.

2) I recommend removing Data Entry and Administrative Support from your skills list and adding Digital Marketing, since it is highly related to your profile. Upwork uses these skill categories to match you with relevant jobs, and to help your profile appear in search results when clients search for those skills. Your profile should show in search results for "digital marketing" rather than "data entry."

3)  You should also consider adding a project catalog. The project catalog allows you to setup a pre-packaged service that clients can buy without you sending a proposal. Due to higher than usual requests for project catalogs, reviews and approvals are taking 10 to 30 days to complete. Read Get Started With Project Catalog for more information.
