Overall, I think your profile looks good. But there are a few format/style changes I recommend:
Title: Freelancers should not use ALL CAPS in a titile or summary unless using acronyms. I recommend making your title: Excel | Xero | QuickBooks | Google Sheets | Dashboards | Bookkeeping
Overview/Summary: I recommend removing the following from the beginning of your summary:
When clients search for freelancers, only the first 200-225 characters of your summary are shown. This means you have very little space (approximately two short sentences) to get their attention. You want clients to see their goals (your services and results) in this small space. You do not want to waste space with emojis and repeating words in your title. You can keep the "8 years of work experience," but add it to your first paragraph.
Employment History: Add short job descriptions to each job in your employment history. A job description is especially important when the job is highly relevant to the services you provide on Upwork. Upwork uses keywords in job titles and descriptions to match you with relevant jobs.
