Your can optimize the first part of your profile overview/summary by eliminating unnecessary content and using sentences instead of lists:
When clients search for freelancers, only the first 200-225 characters of your summary are shown. This means you have very little space (approximately two short sentences) to get their attention. You want clients to see their goals (your services and results) in this small space. Using emojis wastes space and the written content will be more appealing in sentences. Also, remove greetings like "Greetings! I am Muhammad Bilal" because this also wastes space.
Your summary is quite long and clients rarely read them. I recommend eliminating any personal stories or background information because clients seldom use it to choose a freelancer. Clients come to Upwork with specific needs and they look for freelancers who can meet those needs and get results.
Everything else in your profile looks good.
