Hello Upwork Support,
My name is Muhammad Imran, and I have 8 years of experience in UI/UX design. I created my Upwork profile a few years ago and have recently started working on it actively. I’ve included all possible and relevant keywords to improve my profile's ranking, but I'm still not receiving any views. While my profile is 100% completed.
Could you please review my profile and let me know what improvements I can make to increase its visibility? I am doing my best to establish my career on Upwork, and any assistance you can provide would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you in advance for your help!
Best regards,
Muhammad Imran

Muhammad,
1. Shorten your working title.
2. Take the information in your first list and put as much of that as you can into a narrative form. (Nobody reads lists.) In other words, make them part of your story with details, such as where you worked, where you learned, where you went for training.
3. If there are any things left over from your list that you cannot put into a narrative, then you can write a list -- hopefully, a much shorter one. (Did I mention: Nobody reads lists.)
4. Take out the reference to you doing this "with passion." Clients understand that everyone works with so me level of passion, so it is not useful to say that. Secondly, while clients understand most everyone works with some degree of passion, that's not why they hire you. They hire you because you deliver excellent service. They don't care if you're passionate, hard-working, dedicated ... none of that. That's your business ... not theirs.
5. Raise your rate to average for your service. $7 an hour says you either don't know what you are worth or you have very little confidence. If you don't know what you are worth, you are probably very new to this and that means you are a risk. They want someone who is safe ... someone who knows what he or she is doing, not someone who is a risk.
Good luck.
