Kemraj,
Your goal might be to train your students to think ambitiously (and I like the way that sounds), but your students's goal and their partents' goal is to get them through math class. Or English class. Or social studies.
I think it would help if you said this right away. (What are you waiting for?) As such, your first sentence should be,
"I am a tutor of primary and middle-school students who can help them through subjects such as math, English, social studies, and history."
That sounds more like what your clients want to hear.
You should also put the word "tutor" in your working title. You are trying to sound impressive, but you have to be very clear. Clients looking for a tutor will be dashing along pretty quickly. You need to use the keywords that will stop them in their tracks.
I think you should specify all the courses you can manage -- math, English, history, reading, whatever -- because students in trouble in one of those subjects will want to see those keywords.
I also think you should explain how you intend to tutor students remotely. Do you plan on using some form of Zoom or Skype? Don't you think it would be something the parents or students would want to know?
Good luck. You've got a good start there.
Also, raise your rates, for crying out loud.

Kemraj,
I like the information in your profile overview/summary; it's concise, but informative and helps clients understand your services and your capabilities. The only thing I would consider adding is one or two success stories. For example:
"I have provided more than 150 (or an approximate number here) one-on-one tutoring sessions for students at all academic levels."
"I have developed lessons plans for and delivered course instruction covering English, Mathematics, and Social Studies for (number here) students at the Samoa Adventist School and other academic institutions since 2019."
I think your should add a portfolio to show samples of previous work or to demonstrate your skills. For example, sample lesson plans, tutoring outlines, or anything clients can use to visualize your services. The portfolio is a chance to make a positive first impression and clients seem to like visuals. If you don’t have relevant examples to add to your portfolio, you can create items that demonstrate your skills.
You should also consider adding a project catalog. The project catalog allows you to setup a pre-packaged service that clients can buy without you sending a proposal. Due to higher than usual requests for project catalogs, reviews and approvals are taking a minimum of 10 business days. Read Get Started With Project Catalog for more information.
Your skills and employment history look great.
Good luck!
