I’m looking for feedback on my profile to improve its effectiveness. Any suggestions on clarity, keywords, or overall presentation would be greatly appreciated!

Hi Chintan,

It appears you've made a few updates since Anthony's review on June 27, 2024. Here are some additional updates or changes I suggest:

1) I would change your profile photo. Your photo is a bit hazy and difficult to see. The picture in your photo should be a close-up image of your head and shoulders that clearly shows your face. Read through Upwork's best practices for How to Choose A Good Profile Picture.

2) Your title will be easier to read if you add one space between the pipe symbol (vertical bar) and letters. Also, use the industry standard term "Virtual Assistance" not "Virtual Assist." I suggest: Virtual Assistant | Data Entry | Web Research | Inventory Management

3) The beginning of your overview/summary sounds better, but it's not related to virtual assistance. When clients look for virtual assistants, they are not expecting to read about experience with product management, procurement, and suppliers. If your main objective is to provide virtual assistance services, your introduction should focus on virtual assistance services and your experience providing virtual assistance.

You may want to add one or two Specialized Profiles that focus on product management, inventory management, or completely unrelated services. But mixing these with virtual assistance may be confusing to clients. Also, having a specialized profile can help increase a freelancer's searchability.

4) You should also consider adding a project catalog. The project catalog allows you to setup a pre-packaged service that clients can buy without you sending a proposal. Due to higher than usual requests for project catalogs, reviews and approvals are taking 10 to 30 days to complete. Read Get Started With Project Catalog for more information.
