It would be helpful if more experienced freelancers and clients reviewed my profile.

Also, a few recommendations in the testimonials would do great.

Your profile overview/summary does not have enough information to convince clients to hire you. To make your profile more appealing to clients, use your summary to tell clients what you can do as a business development officer (not just a list of services); your experience as a business development officer (how many years of experience); how you can help clients and solve problems as a business development officer; and any other information that helps clients see the value in hiring you.

Other recommendations:

1) Change your profile photo. The picture in your photo should be a close-up image of your head and shoulders that clearly shows your face. Read through Upwork's best practices for How to Choose A Good Profile Picture.

2) You may want to add one or two Specialized Profiles that focus on specific services or completely unrelated services. Having a specialized profile can help increase a freelancer's searchability.

Freelancers cannot provide testimonials; testimonials must originate from professional contacts on LinkedIn.
