Hello, community members!
I would greatly appreciate your feedback on my Upwork profile. Please look at my profile and suggest any improvements or optimizations that could enhance its appeal to potential clients.
I have been bidding the project I am confident that I can deliver results. On every bid, I get a notification of "your proposal got viewed," but nothing moves forward from there.
Your insights will be valuable in helping me showcase my skills better and attract more opportunities.
Thank you!

Hello Shree,
There could be several reasons why a client views your proposal but does not hire; it is not always a result of your profile.
However, I looked through your profile and I have a few suggestions to improve it:
1) I recommend removing the first part of your overview/summary:
Here's why: the answers to questions like "Are you looking fo someone who can manage and grow your social media presence..." are unnecessary because anyone looking at your profile is very likely interested in social media management and growth.
When clients search for freelancers, only the first 200-225 characters of your summary are shown. This means you have very little space (approximately two short sentences) to get their attention. You want clients to see their goals (your services and results) in this small space--not greetings, names, or unnecessary questions.
2) Move Social Media Marketing into the first position in your skills list because it is more relevant than Email Copywriting. Clients are probably more likely to search for Social Media Marketing or Social Media Management, and it might help if one of these appears first in your skills list.
3) You have two good job descriptions in your employment history, but you should add a description to each relevant job. A job description is especially important when the job is highly relevant to the services you provide on Upwork. Upwork uses keywords in job titles and descriptions to match you with relevant jobs.
The other areas of your profile look good.
Good luck!
